On Mt. Olympus, everyone is bound to something: a job, a lover, a curse. But when police detective Ares is framed for the death of his wife, Nemesis, his lost loyalty to those bindings starts a chain reaction that sets everyone to questioning who it is they really are—and what it is gods really do. In a race against the media, the masses, and a litany of ghosts from his past (with their own ulterior motives), Ares must solve the case and clear his name, lest he stumble his way into new—and much more deadly—shackles.
